26 NZ Biennial Nuffield Conference 2012
Thursday 26th to Monday 31st of AprilNuffield NZ:“On behalf of the South Canterbury organising committee I extend an invitation to all scholars to attend ourbiennial conference this April 2012.Our conference will be held in the spectacular MacKenzie basin of the South Island, with a theme of intensive agriculture and the environment. Over the conference we will visit traditional MacKenzie fine wool production farms, as well as recently intensified fully irrigated dairy developments. Outside speakers will discuss the environmental impact of these developments and the issues this raises.Our returning scholars will report back on their respective scholarships, covering broad subjects of environment, education, and marketing into Asia.
